Benchmark Commercial Construction has been selected by Pineview Development Partners to lead construction of Pineview Heights, a new multifamily residential development on Pineview Drive in Morgantown, West Virginia. The project marks another major addition to the region’s growing housing market and reinforces Benchmark’s expanding role in large-scale residential and mixed-use construction.
