Benchmark Commercial Construction has been selected to lead the redevelopment of the Dillie Street Apartment Project, located at 357 Dillie Street in Morgantown, West Virginia. The project will bring twelve new apartment units to the site, replacing a previous structure that was lost to fire and helping restore much-needed housing to the area.
Serving as the design-build contractor, Benchmark will oversee all phases of the project, from final design through construction. The new development will be built to modern standards with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term durability. “This project means more than just construction—it’s about rebuilding and moving forward,” said Michael Allen, President of Benchmark Commercial Construction. “We are proud to bring this development back to life and deliver a project the community can be proud of.” Construction is expected to be completed in late Fall 2026.
