MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Benchmark Commercial Construction LLC is excited to announce that the mixed-use commercial development at 3085 Earl Core Road has advanced from design-build planning to an executed construction contract. The project, for Maroulis Holdings, marks an important milestone in bringing a modern commercial facility to the Morgantown market.
The development will be anchored by a dental laboratory and professional offices, together with warehouse and supporting commercial space. Planned work includes improvements to existing facilities, contemporary exterior architecture, building systems, and associated site improvements.
