Benchmark Commercial Construction has been awarded the contract for a comprehensive renovation of the five-story Marriott hotel located on National Road in Wheeling, West Virginia. The project will modernize the property’s 122 guest rooms while enhancing many of the hotel’s most frequently used amenities and public spaces.
The extensive renovation will include upgrades to the lobby, reception area, swimming pool, fitness center, and other common areas, creating a refreshed experience for both business and leisure travelers. The project also includes exterior improvements, highlighted by the addition of a new porte-cochère to enhance the property’s appearance and guest arrival experience.
